Handling of Common Problems in Computer Flat Knitting Machine
01 Compound needle closure error:
1. Check whether the compound needle closes the inductor properly.
2. Whether the compound needle motor rotates or not.
02 Failure to restore data:
1. Close the computer illegally.
2. Closing the computer is not long enough.
3. Replace the charging capacitor.
03 Host crash:
Too many tricks, unplug UPS power supply and restart.
04 Loss of Machine Parameters:
There are too many pattern files, some should be deleted, and the parameters should be readjusted.
05 Warning lights are not on:
1. Check whether there is voltage or whether the line is disconnected.
2. Replace the main control board.
06 The alarm can't be lifted from left to right:
Check if the yarn feeder is short circuit.
07 No voltage for all power lines in the carriage:
The power cord of the carriage is misconnected or short-circuited.
08 Head CPU Failure:
Increase the rotation distance, change the chip, change the CPU board of the carriage.
09 Chip Bus Error:
1. Check whether 5V power supply is normal.
2. Change the signal line of the carriage, or change the motherboard.
10 Memory self-check failure:
Replace the main control board.
11 Abnormal automatic power-off of backup power supply:
1. Check UPS to the main control board signal line.
2. Check whether the zero-fire line is connected back.
3. Replace UPS or main control board.
12: Rotten edges
1. The yarn mouth is far away.
2. Whether the brush is adjusted properly.
3. There are wool or sundries at the yarn-piercing mouth.
4. The knitting needle on the edge may be broken.
5. Too loose or too tight.
6. Whether Uzbekistan is too wide or too narrow, and whether Uzbekistan is loose or not.
7. The tension of side spring is too small.
8. Lora pull is too small.
9. The yarn is not completely waxed.
13 Leakage needle in knitting:
1. Whether the brush opens the needle or not.
2. Is there a problem with the needle?
3. Whether the silk seat is loose or not.
4. Lora pull is too strong.
5. Too loose a glance.
6. There is a problem with the needle selector.
7. The yarn mouth is not installed properly. (too high leak needle, too low break needle)
14 carriage pin:
1. Check whether the needle groove has foreign bodies and whether the coil is floating.
2. Whether the triangle is damaged or not, and whether the action triangle needle is smooth.
15 Yarn mouth does not take thread：
The yarn nozzle position is high and the yarn speed is fast.
16 Leakage needle in knitting：
Check whether the brush and needle are normal, whether the silk holder is loose, the pulling force of the roller is too large, and the degree of the eye is too loose.
17 Bad coiling：
Check whether the clothes are falling and whether the clothes are rolled up by the rollers.
18 Floating yarn：
Check whether the cloth falls and adjust the parameters of the pulling force.
19 Yarn nozzle switcher does not return to position：
Check whether the electromagnet slides normally.
20 No needle：
Check whether the needle plate groove is too tight, check whether the needle selection disc of the needle selector has deviation to be corrected, whether the needle is deformed or broken.
21 Black screen：
Check whether the display connection is normal and the display is bad.
22 Fuse burnt out：
Replace the fuse.
23 The main motor has no ready signal：
Check whether the main servo power supply is normal, whether the connection between the main control board and the main server is normal, turn off and restart.
24 Crash：
Replacement of display signal line and main control board
25 Needle shifting：
Check synchronous band effect and needle Zero position, check needle selection compensation in left and right rows.
